NO!! Return and Exchanges
It will not be possible for us to accept any request for product return & exchanges on plants as plants itself a delicate product and will perish due to both way transit stress. However, we do ensure of delivering only the best condition plant at your doorstep.
NOTE: On delivery, the plant may look somewhat dull because of transit pressure. But be assured that with sufficient water and sunlight every plant will get back to its natural healthy state.
Easy Refund or Replacement for Damaged/Wrong product:
where a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it must be informed to us with images within 48 hours after delivery. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags (if any), and in its original packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and the request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
You can send us an E-mail with 3 images (with different dimensions) of the same at support@plantwale.in, within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly. Subject to the term and conditions, once a refund is an initiate by Plantwale, it takes 8-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

- Copy of invoice
- Picture of the product received
