Definitions
These terms and conditions apply to all sales made to you via this website. By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Please read and familiarize yourself with them. For all other terms and conditions of sale please refer to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale of Name as published here.
While reading further, you’ll find several words which convey specific meaning:
- Buyer” means the person who buys goods from the seller
- “Seller” means Plantwale Green Life Pvt. Ltd who sell gardening products
- “Goods” means the products offered by the seller for sale on the website
- List Price” means the prices listed on the website for goods by the seller for sale or as revised from time to time
- Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and as amended from time to time
The term “we”, “us”, “our” means the company or Plantwale.com (Plantwale Green Life Private Limited).
Representation of products
We reserve the right to alter, without notice, the range of products, prices of products, and terms and conditions of sale before you place an order. Please note product shades and shapes may vary. All measurements are approximate. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without any notice.
Our contract with you
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or products as advertised by us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product(s) has/have been dispatched (the “Shipping Confirmation”). The contract between you and us (the “Contract”) is only formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.
NOTE: We will not accept orders for delivery to addresses outside India.
The Contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order.
If we decide not to accept all or part of your order, we will not be obliged to supply any (other) products which may have been part of your order and will instead arrange a full refund for that element of your order.
Consumer Rights
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may, subject to the terms of our Returns Policy set out below, only those orders / items that have not been prepared/dispatched or is not out for delivery can be cancelled/modified through the mail at support@plantwale.in, In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our Refunds Policy set out below.
If any product received by you is damaged/ defective, you can let us know the same at support@plantwale.in. You must also return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received.
This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order online before the product has been prepared/dispatched. Your 100% order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
To cancel an item in your order:
- Write us Email at support@plantwale.in with your order no. and reason for cancellation.
Price, Payment, and Delivery
- Pricing of the goods shall be specified similarly as given in the seller’s current list price on the website inclusive of all applicable taxes and will be delivered to the address registered by the user on the website within 1-2 business days from the time of the orders that are successfully placed (subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control).
- Full payment of cash on delivery option shall be applicable for home delivery orders only.
- The seller may decline to send any orders if the customer is found suspended for any reason.
- The seller reserves the right to change and make correct pricing of goods if any error persists in the description of goods or pricing in the website catalogue.
Risk and title.
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery to you.
Intellectual property
No permission is given by us in respect of the reproduction or use for commercial or detrimental purposes of any brand names, product names, designs, and other material shown on or connected with our website in which intellectual property rights subsist.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under Indian Law and legal disputes/discrepancies will be heard or preceded in the jurisdiction of the Indian courts at New Delhi only.

Limitation of liability
We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as provided above. But without limitation, we shall not be liable to you for loss of profit, damage to goodwill, any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any damage, defect, negligence, or other failing on our part unless:
- in will not be responsible for any damage, the direct loss suffered by the buyer due to any negligence, breach of contract or excessive pricing of the goods.
- The seller is not responsible for any economic loss, loss of profit or any indirect third-party loss suffered by the buyer caused due to any reason such as negligence, failure to meet any estimated delivery date, misrepresentation, or breach of contract.
- All offers for goods purchased by buyers shall be treated as offers listed under the clauses given in Terms & Conditions (T&C). The seller may choose not to accept or cancel a particular order without giving any particular reason.
- Placing an order on Plantwale.in will be treated as evidence for acceptance of T&C on plantwale.in.
